Hand appears when you're near PONSSE Cobra?

The mods allow Super Strength, which allows you to pick up vehicles and things heavier than you normally would be able to.

So you're using Super Strenght mod, and when you're turn away of the PONSSE, hand is still staying?

When the hand appears I can't move and the camera goes completely out of my control, the only way to fix it is by pressing escape.

But then when the hand shows back up it happens again, until I re-enable the power tools super strength, that's the only way to completely fix it.
