Farming Simulator 2008 (or Farmer Simulator 08) is the first game that appeared in the Farming Simulator series. The game is extremely similar to Farming Simulator 2009, due to the same objects put in the game.
As aforementioned, the game has the same objects as in Farming Simulator 2009, but there are only 2 tractors and 2 combines. Other tools appear to be similar to those in Farming Simulator 2009. Small Trailer-only details are missing.
In addition, this game only had 1 type of crop, Wheat, and the only company represented was Fendt. This meant that players could only harvest plain Wheat, and were only able to use the Fendt vehicles.
The game was so simple that there were no drivers inside the vehicles unless you had the newer Farming Simulator Classic.
The game was conditionally able to support mods, however, it looked to be experimental. Also, the graphics were poor. The objects in Farming Simulator 2009 and Farming Simulator 2008 were possibly released in 2007, games being released 1 year before, so possibly Farming Simulator was already appearing in 2007, but of course, this is undisputed fact and true,
The game was put in its DVD box on April 14 2008
